small problem

I've been using compiz for a few days now and it's working great.
Today, I tried running go-compiz ( the startup script ) on another user and compiz/gtk-window-decorator launched and all the animations like wobbly/cube etc.. worked but there were no drop shadows behind windows.
I'm assuming I can do gconftool-2 something something on the new user account on this machine to fix this. Anyone can help?

Go to gconf-editor and change the settings here to change the shadow options

/apps/compiz/plugins/decoration/allscreens/options

As long as gtk-window-decorator is running this should work
