How do I install new Screenlets?
You need to copy the Screenlet's directories to either /usr/local/share/screenlets (for system-wide access) or to your ~/.screenlets directory (if it doesn't exists, just create it).
When I execute a Screenlet from the menu or the *.py file nothing happens, what gives?
Try running the *.py file from the terminal to see if there's any error output. Search the forums for possible problems or to check whether there's a new version of the screenlet available.

What are the requirements/dependancies for running the screenlets?
First of all you need python (tested with 2.4 and 2.5). Further you need pygtk (at least version 2.10), pycairo, python-xdg and the package python-gnome2-desktop. The latter is unfortunately needed yet for the wnck/rsvg bindings (hopefully changes somewhen).

Has anyone got this working on SuSE? I searched everywhere, but I cannot find any package which offers the python rsvg bindings. Theres no python-gnome2 package. Only one called python-gnome, but installing it, did not help at all, since it does not even include a file called "*rsvg*" .... :(
Is there any other way to get that lib/binding/whatever ?

(Do you have gnome 2.16 installed? The package didn't include rsvg before gnome 2.15.)
NOTE: Can you please not answer here but instead re-post your question as a separate topic in the screenlets subforum? This thread is only for adding questions/answers to the FAQ. I'll delete these posts once you have re-posted ... Thank you :)
