NowPlaying Screenlet Goes To Default Position After Restart

Hi, I seem to have come across a problem with my screenlets. I added the NowPlaying screenlet and moved it to the bottom right corner. Settings at the time were lucid-light theme, with 0.9 scale, and stick to desktop, treat as widget, lock position, keep above, skip pager and skip taskbar all checked. After I restart it though, when it autostarts by itself, the NowPlaying screenlet returns to the top left corner which I assume is the default position of all screenlets. I tried moving it back to where I want it and to other positions, but after restarting it always returns to that default position. Is there anything I can do?

Hi samasur!

You seem to have an old version of NowPlayingScreenlet, that's why it doesn't save its options. Whise has posted updated versions of the third-party screenlets ... you find them here (http://forum.compiz.org/viewtopic.php?t=1643).

ACTUALLY, may I ask, how do I install this? It worked once, but after that it returned back to its default position.

replace you files at usr/local/share/screenlets , it should be there

Hope this screenlet is updated as original authors do it.

Well, i have the last version and i have this problem..
The config file is ok, but the screenlet just doesn't care.
