I can't get public key DD800CD9,

It is really needed to proceed with the intallation??

I am tryed with 81836EBF too

Where exactly do you need that for and what are you trying to do? :)

If you try to install from some repository, then you don't have to install that key - it is optional. You should separately download and add the key, those one-line-calls always cause trouble when copied/pasted.
