Dock plugin

This plugin was fairly easy to convert since it was never used in beryl, it just needed a quick update.

I would be very interested in seeing more work done on this since what I have working looks really good.

Unfortunatly it does not work properly, I get lots of black windows (some initially appear properly) and flashing. It might be just my drivers though.

This plugin is now no longer working or supported, sorry :)
