I think it would be funny David if you put your name down.
Hi i'm David, I wrote most of the beryl code - the beryl core, plugins system, the cube, wobbly, move, resize, scale, zoom, decoration, plugins, the helidor window decorator and most of emerald, including the 'legacy' engine. Although I am still a major contributor to the code I now have nothing to do with the beryl project, normally they just take my code and rename it.

Hey, maybe David will not, but I put my name down. They have taken code from compiz that I wrote and included it in beryl so technically I am a beryl developer too (although I would never admit that in public ;))

Maybe your fictional quote is a little provoking, but I can't deny its damn funny ... and absolutely true. If they'd really know something about linux-tech daily they would have invited David, too ... (who knows, maybe they have)
